My 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX started running really hot so I brought it into JC Automotive for a diagnostic check. They ran a chemical test through my exhaust and determined that I had a blown head gasket. I appreciated the fact that they were immediately up for the challenge. I've been to other Auto shops that would've rolled their eyes and declined to take on such a daunting task. Octavio walked me through the process of what to expect: The parts, the labor and the time needed. During the process I had them replace my clutch as well since they had easy access to it. All in all, the process was very smooth with good communication throughout and there were no hidden costs or "surprises". It took 15 business days to complete which I felt was appropriate for the size of the job. On the day of delivery, my car had been thoroughly washed, waxed and vacuumed and ready to roll. Nice touch!
