I called JC Automotive for an oil change , they got me in the next morning and totally worked with my schedule! I ended up showing up an hr earlier then expected as my prior appt finished quick. He got me in fast and I didnt have to wait the extra time ! He explained the options available to me for my model of car and such . I relaxed in the outside seating and enjoyed coffee provided with real creamer! Yes for me that counts for something too as I'm not a huge fan of the powdered stuff . Extremely friendly and look forward to having them service my suv in the future!
